Frank Paluch

Frank Paluch is a seasoned engineering and manufacturing executive with 36 years of experience in product development, operations management, and supply chain strategy. With a career spanning leadership roles in new model development, procurement, and quality, he specializes in helping organizations optimize product development and manufacturing systems to drive efficiency, innovation, and sustainable growth.

As former President of Honda R&D Americas, Frank led North American planning and strategy, played a critical role in advancing electrification, and shaped Honda’s future product direction. Most recently, as Executive Vice President at Honda Development and Manufacturing, he oversaw engineering, supply chain, and operations, driving key initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.

Now, as Managing Director of Inscape Development Group, Frank partners with companies to refine product development frameworks, strengthen manufacturing strategies, and navigate industry transformation. He provides guidance on streamlining workflows, accelerating product innovation, and ensuring long-term success.

Frank holds an engineering degree from The Ohio State University and also lectures at OSU, teaching Lean Product & Process Development to equip professionals with structured problem-solving tools and operational excellence strategies.
