Forrest Granlund

Forrest Granlund is a seasoned expert in product quality evaluation, with over 35 years of experience in both engineering and manufacturing. A recognized leader in assessing product performance and improving process quality, he has played a key role in advancing evaluation practices, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement across complex operations.

As the first American technical evaluator in Honda’s North American Quality Division, Forrest served as Chief Engineer of the Technical Evaluation Committee, where he led static and dynamic product assessments and helped define quality standards across programs. His expertise in early failure detection, process evaluation, and product validation contributed to significant gains in product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Now, as an advisor at Inscape Development Group, Forrest works with companies to strengthen quality systems, enhance manufacturing evaluations, and embed proactive quality assurance early in product development. He brings a sharp focus on identifying issues before they reach the customer and driving quality improvements across the product lifecycle.

An avid motorcycle enthusiast and active member of the riding community, Forrest shares his insights through a popular YouTube channel focused on real-world motorcycle experiences and technical evaluation.

He holds an engineering degree from Penn State University.
